Late update from new year eve. Just a few pictures when Kamimura and Kitchen staff with few special guests making the count down.

Hungry

Some of the staff enjoy the morning on the slopes, others have been working from the morning, but the one thing we have in common: we are all hungry!So, here are a few more pictures from the family mealtime when everybody has a fortified meal, and we are getting prepared for excellent night service.

Family meal

The Kamimura and Kitchen staff are having the “family meal.” The number of members are increasing every year. It is almost full house just for our dinner time at Kitchen.

Tsuyoshi

Tsuyoshi is working at Kamimura Restaurant since 2008. He operated the Bistrot Kutchan Sakaba between 2014 to 2018 and now is the head chef of the Kitchen. He has a great focus on the details, ensuring high-quality flavors, textures, and presentation.

Greetings from Chef

After a long briefing, the Kamimura Restaurant staff went straight to Kitchen. Acquiring some insight into the quality of food, some information about the wines and of course relaxing and having a good time.

The front of the house’s winter staff is now receiving a lot of information to ensure a good quality of service at the highest level of detail.

Yamazaki-san

Yamazaki-san is the Japanese touch of the Kitchen. He joined the team in 2018 amplifying the variety of flavors, techniques, and knowledge. Always working with speed, enthusiasm, and precision, he is an inspiration for all of us.

Kayaki

Working at Kamimura Restaurant since 2018. He is the youngest of our team, always working with good energy. In charge of the pastry section.
