Yamazaki-san

Yamazaki-san is the Japanese touch of the Kitchen. He joined the team in 2018 amplifying the variety of flavors, techniques, and knowledge. Always working with speed, enthusiasm, and precision, he is an inspiration for all of us.

The cow is outside

One day ahead for the 2019-2020 winter season. The front of the house staff and the kitchen members are getting prepared with a lot of expectation to deliver a great experience.

Omelette

Chef Asao and the omelet cooking demonstration. After been working for a few years in a big hotel, cooking hundreds of omelets every day, he showed us his developed skills.

Kamimura Restaurant member dinner at Suiboku. Plenty of good food and wine in a relaxed and warm place.
